Frequently asked questions

Get all the info you need about the sale here!

  • How much is it? Register before April 1, inside spots are $40; outside spots are $25. Early Bird registration ends March 31, so rates increase to $50 for inside and $35 for outside.

  • Can you accommodate large trailers? Let us know you have a trailer you would like to park and sell from, and we will assign you a space where you can park it. You will need to pay for at least 3, and possibly 4, outside spaces depending on the size of your trailer. Small trailers will need to reserve at least 2 spaces.

  • How big are the spaces? Inside spaces are 10x12; outside spaces are approximately 12x12.

  • Can I pick my spot? We assign spots on a first-registered, first-served basis, so let us know your preference at registration, and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

  • What can I sell? Direct sales items (Lularoe, Usborne Books, Tupperware, etc.), henna tattoos, Italian ice, hand crafts, yard sale items, antiques, and more. If you're unsure, please email our sale coordinator, Dory Diaz, at dory@fcanimalshelter.org. Please note: While we do our best to keep track of our Direct Sales vendors, we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

  • What can't I sell? No weapons, including firearms and knives, are allowed. In addition, no items that would compete with our own fundraiser booth, which would include soft drinks, water, candy bars, or chips. We do welcome food trucks however!

  • Do you provide tables? We do not. Your fee is simply reserving a space. It is up to you to provide tables, tents, umbrellas, etc.

  • Is there access to electricity? All inside booths have easy access to electricity, and some outside booths do as well. If you are reserving an outside booth and require electricity, please state that on the registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate that need.

  • What time is setup? Setup begins at 6 am sharp and should be completed by 7 am. Please enter from Maple Avenue and follow the direction of the volunteers who will direct you to your assigned booth location. All vehicles must be removed from the sale area and parked by 7:30 am and remain parked until the sale's end at 2 pm, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for the safety of the crowds attending. Large items may be picked up by vehicle after the sale's end at 2 pm.

  • When does the sale actually start? The sale begins at 8 am and ends at 2 pm.

  • How much is it to shop? Shoppers 7 years and up can enter the sale for just $1/shopper. All proceeds from booth registrations and entrance fees go to our furry friends at the Franklin County Animal Shelter, so spread the word!
